Non standard sheet size DFM check
Non standard sheet size overview
The non-standard flat pattern sheet size issue refers to situations where the flat pattern sheet size required for a particular design is not readily available from standard sheet sizes. This can be a problem because the non-standard sheet size may be more expensive or harder to find than the standard sizes.
How MTK detects non standard sheet sizes
MTK automatically analyzes B-Rep CAD models for non standard sheet sizes. The SDK checks the relevant geometry against DFM criteria to identify potential issues that can increase manufacturing complexity or cost, or lead to quality or assembly problems.
Documentation and API reference
Detailed API reference for the non standard sheet size DFM check is provided in the MTK documentation, including issue classes, detection interfaces, and integration details.
